Blackbay Asylum is an Adventure/Puzzle/Horror/Comedy game developed by TAD Productions. The game is set in an abandoned hospital where you play as Doug Dunaheiw, a convicted mass murderer and psychopath, who finds himself able to leave his cell one day. The game follows Doug's journey as he tries to find his freedom and clarity in this decaying hospital. However, an ancient evil has taken hold of the hospital, making escape impossible for all except the most hardened psychopath.
The gameplay of Blackbay Asylum is varied, shifting between Birds-eye and First-person view depending on the situation/level. The environment is fully interactive, allowing players to interact with almost everything in the environment from computers and doors to potted plants and trashcans. The game is packed with unique and mind-shattering puzzles that will keep you on your toes. You will have to battle monsters and traps using your wits to survive.
The game has an easy-to-use inventory with a journal, and you can engage in interactive dialogue with other survivors.
